• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient specimens.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly.

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and test results.

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• Valid PRC license as a Registered Medical Technologist in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems and laboratory equipment.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
